Our Qualifications

Rick Greenwood has served as President of Horizon Financial Services since its inception.

He holds a Masters Degree in Taxation  from Bentley College, and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is also licensed to assist clients in obtaining coverage for life, health and long term care insurance.

Rick has earned the certification of CFP^®  from the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Board of Standards.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has been awarded their specialty designation of Personal Financial Specialist  "PFS".  He is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
